Our approach is in line with the Sustainable Development Goal 7 “Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all”. It also follows the objectives of the New Energy Policy 2015-2030 of the Government of Madagascar.

How can the EDBM support project owners ?
The Economic Development Board of Madagascar (EDBM) is the official Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) of Madagascar. The EDBM’s missions are to improve the business climate, attract investments and support investors to facilitate the establishment and/or expansion of their project(s) in Madagascar.
To this end, the EDBM supports the project owner at each stage of his project:
– Starting at the planning stage, through the provision of economic and sectoral information, information on texts and procedures, tax and customs regimes, and various costs, and the organization of meetings with key decision-makers and local partners, etc.
– During the implementation, by giving various advice on suppliers, premises, liaison with the Administration, etc.
– During the expansion of activities, through its aftercare service.
